National Beer Day 2025 Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

You must be 18+ to enter and you must reside in the UK.

2. How to Enter:

You must sign up to our Third Man Records UK mailing list to enter.

The competition is free to enter, with no purchase necessary.

3. Prize Details:

A box of 24 of our Yellowgrass TMR X Braybrooke beers. 

The prize is as stated, and no cash or alternative options will be offered. 

The prize is not transferable.

 

4. Closing Date:

Entries close on Sunday 29th June at 11.59pm

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification: 

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries. The winner will be notified by email. The winner will be notified within 7 working day of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 10 working days, a redraw will occur.

 

6. Other Important Terms:

TMR and Braybrooke are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or for issues with prize delivery. 

TMR and Braybrooke reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions. 

 

Data Privacy:

Data is being collected for competition administration, prize delivery, and marketing with consent. 

Data will be used to notify winners and to send marketing emails.

Data will not be shared with third parties.
