We are shipping this package in alphabetical order (A-Z) by LAST NAME, starting with international Vault members and then moving onto US Vault members.

Regarding your tracking number: if you see that your information says 'shipping label printed' and nothing else, don't worry! We have our shipping labels pre-printed, so your package is simply awaiting shipment. If you still do not see an update to your tracking number by November 1st, please reach out to us and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that Vault Customer Service responses will be delayed during the shipping of this Vault package, and we would appreciate if you held any questions regarding package #53's status until all packages have shipped (about 3 weeks), so that we can focus on getting these packages sent out as efficiently as possible. Is it me or has it become really lonely here these days.
You’ve answered your own question. Opt in and out as and when. I received the Primus set today and like yourself I’m not particularly interested, however I will give it a spin. I saw them perform once in Newcastle Mayfair (I think) as a support act. I did not rush out to buy any of albums the next day. My mates thought they were great. Each to their own.
Is it possible to opt out of the vault packages that are not of interest. As with Primus and Sleep I have spent £150.00 on stuff that i am really not bothered about. It would be good to just select the ones that you like. I am sure i am not the only one who really isn’t interested or even like these bands. Or should i end my subscription and then only subscribe again when there is actually something i want.
